Description
Rwengo is located along Kamwenge-Kibale Forest Road. It is approximately 26 km from Fort Portal by matatu and 1 km before entering Kibale Forest, just 1 km from CVK.
Facilities:
- Forest walks where you may see six species of primate ranging from chimps to the smallest red-tails that inhabit the forest
- Bird watching: we have eighty-one species including the turacos, kingfishers, hammerkop, etc.
- Four stunningly beautiful crater lakes

- Visit agricultural areas like tea plantations, local medicine gardens, etc.
